To access services, users must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All consultations are paid for through TapForCare. We use third-party providers such as Stripe for payment processing. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. No refunds or cancellations are allowed, but you may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
Users can reschedule consultations up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed appointments are not refundable or transferable.
By using our services, you consent to receive email communications related to your account and appointments. You can opt out of marketing emails in your settings. SMS is not used for automated communication, but our specialists may contact you via phone or SMS when necessary.
We are committed to protecting your data and are working toward full HIPAA compliance. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
TapForCare may use automation and AI to send general wellness tips (e.g., nutrition, exercise) via the Diabetes Specialist Digest. This content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
